Nimittäin Bestseller julkaisee heinäkuussa uuden plus size malliston nimeltä Junarose. Ihan mahtavia uutisia siis! Tällaista on ainakin täällä suunnalla kaivattu, ei ole kovin kauaa siitä kun pohdin, milloin saataisiin uusi plus mallisto ja tattadaa, täältä se tulee. No okei, meikäläinen on taas tunnetusti tulossa jälkijunassa mutta ei se mitään.

"JUNAROSE is a fresh new take on fashion for plus-size women aged 20 and up, offering fast fashion, trends and perfect fitting.

With JUNAROSE, women will be able to follow trends and create a personal look with items made and styled specifically for sizes 42 to 54 (UK sizes 14 to 28), and of course designed with fashion-conscious, trendy women in mind. Each collection is carefully designed to match international fashion trends.

JUNAROSE Brand Manager, Ditte Marie Bay, explains: “We have done a lot of research with our target audience and asked lots of questions about how to create the perfect fit. Because of the sizes, some styles will be in a different fabric and have different cuts than regular-size items. Some denims need to be stronger, and the fabric needs to have a different composition.”

“Another important matter is how to accentuate and enhance the beauty of a curvy figure. There is great diversity in body shapes among plus-size women, just as there is with regular sizes. To make sure we dress all body shapes equally fashionably, we work hard to incorporate options that allow each customer to shape the garment – like hidden strings and fastenings – to make it fit her perfectly,” Ditte explains.

BESTSELLER Executive Brand Director, Lisbeth Holm Højgaard has big expectations to the new brand and believes it has potential: “It is a natural part of the development of BESTSELLER to cover this segment, and we are convinced that it will strengthen our market position both nationally and internationally.
